1. Management of Personal Data.

The Customer is informed of the regulations governing marketing communications, the Law of June 21, 2014, on Confidence in the Digital Economy, the Data Protection Act of August 6, 2004, and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR: No. 2016-679).

1.1 Parties Responsible for Collecting Personal Data

For Personal Data collected in connection with the creation of the User’s personal account and the User’s browsing activity on the Site, the controller of the Personal Data is: SAM. https://sam-kit.frest, represented by Laurent Chevillard, its legal representative

As the data controller for the data it collects, https://sam-kit.fr is committed to complying with the applicable legal framework. As soon as https://sam-kit.fr becomes aware of a User’s death and in the absence of instructions from the User, https://sam-kit.fr undertakes to destroy the User’s data, unless retaining it is necessary for evidentiary purposes or to comply with a legal obligation.

2. Incident Report
