What are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs are calculated automatically based on the items in your cart and their quantities. Additional costs may apply for deliveries outside the European Union. What is the delivery time?

During normal busy periods, please allow 10 business days for delivery from receipt of payment. Delivery will be made to your home by appointment via our carrier KUEHNE NAGEL for products exceeding one meter in length. Otherwise, packages are shipped via COLISSIMO.

Tracking your order

When you place an order, an email containing your order summary will be sent to you. You can then go to your customer account, under the "My Orders" tab, to track the status of your order.

What is the withdrawal period?

In accordance with the law, you have a period of 14 days to withdraw. The right of withdrawal also applies if the product is on sale. The 14-day period begins the day after delivery of your order.

Incomplete or incorrect order

If, upon delivery, you notice that a product is missing or incorrect, you have 48 hours from the date of delivery to notify us. Warranty
