Opt for simplicity by ordering this pack of wooden slats. It contains all the elements you need to assemble your bioclimatic pergola or louvered pergola. It can be installed on wood or aluminum structures. One pack covers an area of 1m² and is compatible with motorized or manual opening (with cane).
Package contents :
– 10 spruce slats 20x97x1000 mm with high temperature treatment (THT) to limit wood expansion
– 2 white SAM kits 485 mm for 20 mm slats
– 16 steel screws, screw heads in the color of the mechanism
– 4 white locking latches
Installation tips :
Pre-drilling is recommended on metal structures to prevent screw breakage.
If you don’t want to cut the boards, allow 1034mm between beams, i.e. 1000mm for board length, 30mm for kit thickness (15mm on each side) and 4mm for operating clearance. Caution: do not leave a gap of more than 4mm to avoid the risk of the blade falling out.
The wooden slats overlap slightly, making it impossible to waterproof your pergola.
