20mm Gray SAM Kit

Description

The SAM kit is a 20-mm adjustable slat mechanism sold in pairs (right and left) for use in pergola construction. It has a depth of 487 mm and can be used with either a manual or motorized opening system. To achieve the desired length, connect as many kits as needed. If your required length is shorter than that of the kit, it can be cut to size with a hacksaw.

The kit, made of polyamide and polypropylene (30% glass fiber-reinforced and UV-treated), has excellent mechanical properties and very good resistance to impact and temperature fluctuations (from -20°C to +120°C).

This kit is compatible with the following blades:

• wood/PVC, 20 x 97 x 1000 mm
• aluminum measuring 20 x 99 x 2000 mm

🛠️ Assembly instructions:

It is recommended to pre-drill holes in metal structures to prevent the screws from breaking.

Allow for 2 mm of expansion clearance at each end of the plank (4 mm total) before inserting it into the supports. Caution: Do not leave more than 4 mm of clearance between the supports, as the plank could fall out.

When using wood or PVC planks, we strongly recommend that you do not exceed a maximum length of one meter. Avoid high-density woods, such as exotic species or solid wood. We recommend using highly stable woods (such as softwoods) or our THT wood planks.

Please note that screws and blades are not included with the kit.
