Keep it simple by ordering this aluminum slat pack. It contains everything you need to assemble your bioclimatic pergola and can be installed on either a wooden or aluminum structure. One pack covers an area of 1m² and is compatible with motorized or manual ( rod-operated) opening systems.
Package contents:
– 5 gray aluminum slats measuring 20 x 99 x 2000 mm
– 1 gray SAM kit measuring 487 mm for 20 mm slats
– 8 steel screws with screw heads matching the color of the mechanism
– 2 gray locking latches
Assembly instructions:
It is recommended to pre-drill holes in metal structures to prevent screws from breaking.
If you do not want to cut the blades, allow a space between the beams of 2034 mm, i.e., 2000 mm for the length of the blade, 30 mm for the thickness of the kit (15 mm on each side), and 4 mm for operating clearance. Please note: do not allow clearance greater than 4 mm, as this may cause the blade to fall.
The aluminum blade profile features a groove that allows the blades to interlock and collect rainwater. Please note that the SAM kit is not watertight without a gutter.
