Keep it simple by ordering this aluminum blade pack. It contains everything you need to create your privacy screen, windbreak, shutter, or bioclimatic trellis, and can be installed on either a wooden or aluminum frame. One pack covers an area of 1m² and is compatible with manual opening with a stopper.
Package contents:
– 5 wood-effect aluminum slats measuring 18 x 99 x 2000 mm
– 1 black SAM kit measuring 485 mm for 18 mm slats (gray or white available on request)
– 8 steel screws, screw heads in the same color as the mechanism
– 2 gray locking latches
– 10 meters of noise-reducing sealant
Assembly instructions:
It is recommended to pre-drill holes in metal structures to prevent screws from breaking.
If you do not want to cut the blades, allow a space between the beams of 2034 mm, i.e., 2000 mm for the length of the blade, 30 mm for the thickness of the kit (15 mm on each side), and 4 mm for operating clearance. Please note: do not allow clearance greater than 4 mm, as this may cause the blade to fall.
The profile of the aluminum blade consists of a groove that allows them to interlock with each other.
