Keep it simple by ordering this wood slat pack. It contains everything you need to assemble your bioclimatic pergola or louver. It can be installed on either a wood or aluminum structure. One pack covers an area of 1m² and is compatible with motorized or manual (with rod) opening.
Package contents:
– 10 ayous wood slats measuring 20x97x1000 mm, treated at high temperature (THT) to limit wood expansion
– 2 gray SAM kits measuring 487 mm for 20 mm slats
– 16 steel screws with screw heads matching the color of the mechanism
– 4 gray locking latches
Assembly instructions:
It is recommended to pre-drill holes in metal structures to prevent screws from breaking.
If you do not want to cut the blades, allow a space between the beams of 1034 mm, i.e., 1000 mm for the length of the blade, 30 mm for the thickness of the kit (15 mm on each side), and 4 mm for operating clearance. Please note: do not allow more than 4 mm of clearance, as this could cause the blade to fall.
The wooden slats overlap slightly, which means your pergola will not be waterproof.
